- Proven experience in quality assurance systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- BS degree in engineering or related science degree.
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience in quality assurance.
- Experience with ISO, SPC tools, and other standard quality systems.
- Leadership experience in a team-based environment.
