As a Final Inspector - Rework, you will play a critical role in supporting the Electrical Test and Final Inspection Process and in-process inspection of thru-hole, surface mount, and fine pitch bare printed circuit boards by rework and inspection of non-conforming product.

Job Purpose:

Support the Electrical Test and Final Inspection Process and in-process inspection of thru-hole, surface mount, and fine pitch bare printed circuit boards by rework and inspection of non-conforming product.

Nature of Duties:
  • Additional skills flexibly within the team to successfully complete rework tasks.
  • Work with Inspection and Quality supervisors in dealing with priorities, and interfacing with engineering, final inspection, and electrical test support functions and shop management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Ability to perform short removal, soldering, and solder mask rework and touchup.
  • Ability to use microscopes, calipers, micrometer, and gages.
  • Inspection of product for conformance to customer and industry specifications.
  • This individual must be able to read customer blueprints, hole chart, and tolerance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
