We are currently seeking a Room Quality Assurance Supervisor who possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest accommodations are impeccably presented and meet our stringent quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to guarantee they meet our quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance department to address any repair needs promptly.
  • Foster a positive and productive work atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and open communication.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a housekeeping role is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
