About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Nurse to join our team at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care that meets or exceeds regulatory standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality reviews, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
  • Clinical Expertise: Collaborate with nursing leadership, nursing staff members, and medical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Quality Reporting: Prepare and submit quality reports as required to ensure transparency and accountability in our quality improvement efforts.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Facilitate and support the quality, patient safety, and quality improvement infrastructure, and participate in organizational quality, patient safety, and quality improvement committees and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Licensure: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Experience: 5 years of clinical experience demonstrating increasing responsibility and success in clinical quality improvement
  • Skills: Proven experience with performance improvement methodologies
