Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotels & Hospitality team in securing listings, marketing, and closing real estate transactions.
- Input financial data from profit and loss statements into valuation models.
- Develop pro forma financial projections under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct preliminary asset valuations using various financial techniques.
- Compile and present economic and demographic data relevant to real estate transactions.
- Support the preparation of presentations, offering materials, and reports.
- Abstract legal documents as needed.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for the preparation of offering materials and presentations.
- Facilitate the transaction due diligence process under the supervision of senior project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance, Hotel Administration, or Real Estate Finance.
- Strong academic performance.
- Demonstrated quantitative abilities.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in valuations or consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team rapport.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
