Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Paeonian Springs, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Computed Tomography Technologist to administer sound patient care practices, according to department and hospital policies/procedures, to ensure patient safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IVs, heparin locks, and central line usage as they pertain to computed tomography.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer computed tomography procedures to patients, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of computed tomography protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives and in-services.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiography.
  • Must be certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Must obtain CT Certification one year upon acceptance of the offer.
  • Prior experience preferred as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and/or Computed Tomography Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment.
