Job Title: CT Technologist Float

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team in Paeonian Springs, Virginia.

Job Summary:

The Computed Tomography Technologist will administer sound patient care practices, ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computed tomography, IVs, heparin locks, and central line usage. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer computed tomography procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of computed tomography, IVs, heparin locks, and central line usage.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives and in-services.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiography.
  • Certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Obtain CT Certification within one year of acceptance.
  • Prior experience as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and/or Computed Tomography Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
