Salary and Benefits

The salary for this Clinical Rheumatologist position is $199,220.00 - $204,604.00 per year. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer excellent benefits, including 10% 401K company contribution after one year of service, choice of medical plans starting day one, and generous paid time off program.


About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to join our team at Jacobi Medical Center. As a member of our academic practice sponsored by the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, you will have the opportunity to work with residents, fellows, and medical students while providing high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, as well as clinical supervision of trainees. The practice has a strong focus on education and research, with opportunities to participate in various clinical trials and projects.

In addition to your clinical expertise, we value strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Requirements
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
  • Possess or eligible for a New York State Medical License
  • Ability to speak Spanish highly desired
  • Ultrasound training preferred, but not necessary
  • Proficient use of Electronic Medical Record System (EMR), such as Epic
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
