Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Assembly Supervisor to lead our assembly operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for gas delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and direction to cleanroom assembly teams.
2. Develop and manage work schedules in collaboration with the Manufacturing Manager.
3. Facilitate regular production meetings and communicate essential information to assembly personnel.
4. Conduct training sessions for staff as necessary.
5. Ensure adherence to 5S and visual control standards.
6. Operate hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
7. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Competence in conducting on-the-job training.
- Strong manual dexterity and familiarity with hand tools.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with GD&T principles is advantageous.
- Proficient in advanced assembly techniques, general inspection, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of cable routing, harness configuration, soldering, wiring, and crimping standards.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and a quick learning ability.

Educational Background:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Relevant technician coursework or an AA technical degree is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cleanroom environment, with previous leadership roles.
- Experience in helium leak testing and module/sub-assembly inspection is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving with agility.
- Capability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring visual acuity.

Work Environment:
- Manufacturing and cleanroom settings with potential exposure to noise and various hazards.
- Personal protective equipment may be required.
