  • Lead the growth of the Full-Service team, driving strategic decision making and long-term planning related to team scaling, process improvement, and team management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day deliverables of the team, ensuring compliance with client requirements and managing escalated situations to resolve issues to clients' satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage key metrics and milestones of the team, meeting with clients to clarify specific needs, troubleshoot issues, and directly answer client questions.
  • Build, develop, and grow relationships with clients, supporting their learning and adoption to process and product.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and problem resolutions to the Manager and the Business Team, collaborating cross-functionally to drive the goals of the organization.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3 to 5 years previous experience with managing and developing people in a professional services SaaS environment.
  • Aptitude to manage to a professional services P&L.
  • Experience with certified payroll and union payroll.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead in an ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to present to all levels of management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and resolve technical issues related to our software offerings.
