Key Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality ultrasound exams in various areas, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and small parts.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including patient information, exam details, and image storage.
- Stay informed on the latest ultrasound techniques and safety protocols.
- Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
- Current ARDMS certification in relevant specialties.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technician, preferably in a hospital setting.
