Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for building referral source relationships, developing the market, and providing prospective residents with information and assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations
  • Build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market and working with acute care and other referral sources
  • Provide prospective residents and/or responsible parties with information and assistance to support their decision-making process
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, health care, or related business field
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing, including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
  • Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
  • Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
