Key Responsibilities:
  • Review contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in developing project schedules and quality control programs.
  • Participate in contract buyout according to company policy within 90 days.
  • Contribute to site-specific safety and quality programs.
  • Help develop site logistics plans.
  • Participate in and document the punch list process.
  • Coordinate and document owner training.
  • Prepare O&M manuals and warranties.
  • Monitor project costs relative to budget.
  • Manage schedule updates and assist with project planning meetings.
  • Identify potential risks affecting cost, schedule, or owner satisfaction.
  • Assist with preparing monthly project status reports and executive summaries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical training and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, design, finance, or management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, AIA Contract Documents).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and construction documents.
