At PNC, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Manager to join our Asset Management Group and AI Strategy organization. As a Data Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing organizational data solutions to meet business objectives and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data architecture on all business solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to establish strategic direction and lead development teams using agile methodology
  • Design and build data solutions and services, leveraging technical knowledge and industry experience
  • Develop strategies for data implementation, acquisition, and archive recovery
  • Ensure integrity and maintenance of organizational data, resolving data integration and security issues
Requirements:
  • University/college degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, with at least 3 years of prior management experience
  • Fluency in SQL/No-SQL database technologies and data analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams
