">Salary Range:">$85,000 - $105,000 per year">About the Position">This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at Lexington Medical Center.
">The selected candidate will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to promote and restore patients' health status, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
">This role also involves maintaining accurate and timely documentation, adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, and educating patients and families in a manner they can understand.

- Utilize the nursing process to promote and restore patient's health status;">
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members;">
- Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families;">
- Maintain continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;">
- Use a systematic critical-thinking approach to guide data gathering, assessment, nursing judgement, intervention and evaluation of human responses to actual and potential health problems;">
- Identify, synthesizes and interprets sources of data using reasonable clinical judgement to respond to dynamic situations in a timely and effective manner;">
- Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential;">
- Use ethical decision making processes and advocates for acceptable patient outcomes;">
- Participate in process/performance improvement activities and initiatives utilizing evidence based practice to maintain and/or improve quality of care and safe patient care systems and processes;">
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel;">
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations;">
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely;">
