About the Position

  • Work closely with social service staff and external providers to ensure the well-being and development of our residents
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide daily guidance, oversight, and supervision to resident youth
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. A valid New York State driver's license in good standing is also required.

Experience: Prior experience working with youth, preferably in child welfare, is essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is also crucial.

Compensation: This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $$$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, benefit-eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
