About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Services Specialist to join our team at Women In Need, Inc. This exciting opportunity allows the right candidate to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Coordination
  • Coordinate services for clients, including counseling, groups, and workshops
  • Collaborate with Win colleagues and outside agencies to ensure consistent delivery of services
  • Case Management
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with homeless adults and at-risk populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse client population

Compensation and Benefits

$61,460.10 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
