About the Role

HCA Physician Services is seeking a PRN pathologist to serve the campuses of HCA Healthcare owned hospitals in the Richmond, Virginia market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality anatomic and clinical pathology services, including daily sign-out and prioritization of cases
  • Collaborate with colleagues to discuss cases and share knowledge
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in AP/CP
  • Virginia medical license or FCVS in place
  • Excellent surgical pathology skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
