Primary Care Provider

The Georgia Harm Reduction Coalition Inc is in search of a dedicated Primary Care Provider (Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to enhance their team. This full-time role provides a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform patient interviews, gather medical histories, and conduct physical examinations.
- Develop diagnosis, treatment strategies, and patient education.
- Order and analyze laboratory tests, including those for HIV, HCV, and STIs.
- Provide women's health assessments, Suboxone therapy, and medication management.
- Work collaboratively with case managers and specialty pharmacies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Remain informed on protocols and guidelines related to infectious diseases.
- Engage in community health events and telehealth initiatives.
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a valid Georgia license.
- Preferred experience of 2+ years in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
