Job Title: Principal in Charge - Healthcare Architecture

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Leader to lead and manage healthcare design projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage healthcare design projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project objectives.
* Conduct project meetings and presentations to communicate project status and updates.
* Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices in healthcare design.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience as a senior leader, leading project teams and successful business development.
* 5+ years of recent experience in healthcare, including HCAI & OSHPD.
* 10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural project management in healthcare.
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Licensed Architect (AIA, RA).
