Key Responsibilities:- Scrum Master: Facilitate Scrum calls, maintain Scrum boards using ADO (Azure DevOps) or Jira, and ensure the team is following Agile principles.
- Project Management: Coordinate and arrange technical discussions with cross-functional teams, prepare leadership presentations and reports, and handle team members and project management tools.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensure the team is following project management processes, and maintain a high level of quality in deliverables.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with project goals and objectives.
- 6-8 years of experience in Scrum Master/Project Management roles.
- Proficient in SDLC processes and project management tools like MPP, Visio, MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
