Key Responsibilities- Oversee technical programs related to data pipelines, infrastructure, and cloud services
- Work closely with architect, engineers, DevOps, and data teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical operations or data engineering environment
- 3+ years as a Program or Project Manager, managing cross-functional teams focused on technical deliverables
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Trello
- Solid understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred
