Job Description:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile Scrum methodology for 2-4 scrum teams simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing the system life cycle using Agile Scrum phases from project initiation to implementation.
  • Performing Demand Management and Project Support Office functions.
  • Conducting burn-down metrics and maintenance, inspecting, and providing metrics on artifacts, as well as removing impediments and anticipating risks and dependencies.
  • Assisting the Product Owner and Scrum team with Product and Sprint backlog planning and maintenance, ceremonies, artifacts creation, and maintenance.
  • Analyzing and providing guidance to stakeholders, constantly improving the quality of deliverables and evolving the Definition of Done.
  • Training and coaching the organization on the Scrum framework, tools, values, processes, principles, and best practices.

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with software development.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.

  • Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and foster a collaborative culture.

Preferred Experience:

  • Scrum Master experience on Datawarehouse migration projects.
  • Scrum Master experience on enterprise-wide BI deployments.
