Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Specialist to join our team. As a key resource in our organization, you'll collaborate with management and staff across departments to develop, implement, and facilitate educational programming for all levels of personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs for staff orientation and professional development
- Facilitate orientations and annual trainings, including CPR and CPI certifications
- Evaluate educational program outcomes to guide continuous improvement
- Support leadership decisions impacting clinical practice and engage in strategic planning and educational activities
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Five years of experience as a mental health professional in a healthcare or mental health treatment setting
- Preferred: Three years of experience in a leadership position
- CPI and CPR certification (given upon hire at the facility)
