Executive Chef

At Twin Birch Golf Club and Restaurant, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Assist with inventory and manage food storage.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adapt to guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to dishes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Culinary school diploma preferred but not required.
