We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Twin Birch Golf Club. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Assist with inventory and manage food storage.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
