Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Winston Hospitality, Inc. as a key member of our hotel spa team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction and promoting relaxation and wellness.

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services to guests, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and other specialized treatments.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of spa services and products, including essential oils and body treatments.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple appointments and prioritizing tasks to meet guest needs.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and licensing requirements to maintain expertise and certifications.

• Current Massage Therapist license with the State of Oklahoma.
• 2+ years of experience as a massage therapist in a hotel/resort spa environment.
• CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training preferred.
• Ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work 6+ hours of appointments per work shift.
