Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Winston Hospitality, Inc. as a key member of our hotel spa team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction and promoting relaxation and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services to guests, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and other specialized treatments.
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our spa services and products, including essential oils and body treatments.
• Work collaboratively with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for spa services and products.

Requirements:

• Current Massage Therapist license with the State of Oklahoma.
• 2+ years of experience as a massage therapist in a hotel/resort spa.
• CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training preferred.
• Ability to sell and educate guests on products and treatments.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all circumstances.
• Ability to handle 6+ hours of appointments per work shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with retail, hospitality, or salon/spa industry.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
