Job Summary

Domino's Franchise is seeking a skilled Delivery Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Company Vehicle: Safely drive and maintain our company vehicles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Stock and Rotate Inventory: Receive and stock ingredients, supplies, and products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare Products: Prepare and package products for delivery to customers.
  • Process Orders: Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Count Inventory and Complete Paperwork: Accurately count and record inventory levels, and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Clean Equipment and Facility: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by cleaning equipment and facilities.

Physical Demands:

The Delivery Professional role requires the ability to:

  • Stand, Walk, Sit, Lift, Carry, Push, Climb Ladders/Stairs, Stoop/Bend, Crouch/Squat, Reach, Grasp: Perform physical tasks that require standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, and grasping.
  • Tolerate Exposure to Varying Temperatures/Conditions: Work in a variety of temperatures and conditions, both inside and outside.

Training and Development:

As a Delivery Professional, you will receive on-the-job training in:

  • Customer Service Orientation: Develop strong customer service skills to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Interactive Computer Program: Learn to use our computer system to process orders and manage inventory.
  • Hands-on Practice: Gain hands-on experience in operating company vehicles and preparing products for delivery.

Customer Service Skills:

The Delivery Professional role requires strong customer service skills, including the ability to:

  • Comprehend and Communicate Verbally and Written: Clearly communicate with customers and coworkers over the phone and in person.

Delivery Skills:

The Delivery Professional role requires the ability to:

  • Safely Drive Own Vehicle: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
  • Navigate Roads/Maps: Navigate roads and maps to deliver products to customers.
  • Adverse Terrain/Stairs of Delivery Sites: Deliver products to customers in a variety of terrain and stairs.

Essential Skills:

The Delivery Professional role requires the ability to:

  • Add/Subtract/Multiply/Divide Accurately: Accurately perform mathematical calculations to make correct change.
