Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health Team in Norwich, CT. As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need of psychiatric services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including ordering and interpreting screening and diagnostic procedures and tests.
  • Develop and implement patient psychiatric treatment plans, records, and progress notes.
  • Provide client-centered psychiatric health care, including routine follow-up visits and emergency interventions.
  • Collaborate with physician, clinicians, and other agency providers to meet patient and family needs.
  • Maintain accurate, legible medical records and return all assigned charts or patient data to medical records in a timely fashion.
