Key Responsibilities
  • Installation: Install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose, and rigid foam, in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas as required.
  • Ensure proper sealing and coverage to maximize energy efficiency and meet project specifications.
  • Operate insulation blowers, sprayers, and other related tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow blueprints, job orders, and work instructions to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
Assessment and Preparation
  • Conduct assessments of work sites to determine insulation needs and prepare surfaces for installation.
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces, ensuring a snug and effective installation.
  • Identify and address any potential issues such as moisture problems or structural concerns before installation.
Quality Control
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Perform tests and checks to verify the effectiveness of insulation, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions.
