About the HVAC Manager Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HVAC Manager to lead our HVAC crew and help us expand into new fields. As our HVAC Manager, you will be responsible for managing our HVAC division's schedule, inspiring each crew member to take pride in their work, and developing an open, honest, and team-oriented work culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage our HVAC crew to help us expand into new fields
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage the division's schedule and ensure timely completion of projects
- Coach and mentor crew members to improve their skills and performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of quality, performance, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 10 years of HVAC field tech or HVAC supervisor experience
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Ability to take responsibility for decisions and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and have fun, pay attention, be safe, and work hard
