We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Banking Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bank of the Pacific. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Commercial Banking division, ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Banking team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report development.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports, working closely with IS Support to obtain data and corrections.
- Conduct comparative analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Interface with IS Support to obtain reports and corrections, and maintain accurate records of performance.
- Author various documents, including procedures, modifications of policy, credit guidance memoranda, and correspondence.
- Compile and maintain a Commercial Banking procedures manual.
- Assist in promotional research and coordination, sales collateral development, and market demographic research.
- Monitor SNL CRE Research Tool for prospective leads and assist in event coordination.
- Provide administrative support for loan origination software platform administration, including information and trouble resolution resources.
- Interface with Project Management and other departments as necessary.
- Assist in regulatory compliance activities, including Reg B - Notice of Action Taken (NAT), Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) audits and related letters.
- Perform general filing and routine clerical tasks.
- At least three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Credit Analyst, or Systems Administrator.
- Commercial Banking experience is strongly desired.
- Ability to review data, compile, and generate analysis.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Data base experience.
- Able to maintain highly confidential information.
- A competitive salary range of $00 per hour.
