This role provides direct clinical patient care as part of Tenet's in-house contingent workforce pool, Trusted Resource Associates. As a W-2 Tenet employee, you will blend in with staff and have direct access to Tenet's hiring managers. With this assignment, you will have the opportunity to build up tenure and potentially transition to a permanent role at a Tenet hospital.

Job Requirements and Details

  • Pay: $38 per hour

The Monitor Technologist will assist the medical and nursing staff in continuous monitoring of patient ECG rhythms and maintaining monitoring equipment. This includes initiating tracing if a change occurs in patient rhythm and immediately alerting nursing personnel. The Monitor Technologist will also maintain and monitor rate limits and recognize whether irregularities are due to changes in patient rhythm or machine malfunction.

Requirements
  • AHA BLS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year previous hospital experience
