Senior Civil Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineering Manager to lead our land development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and municipal clients
  • Manage and design all technical activities related to land development projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and error budgets
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project duration
  • Mentor and manage staff at all levels
  • Assist with on-site and owner meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and communicate changes to relevant parties
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • PE license in Pennsylvania (license in other states is a plus)
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience
  • 5+ years of staff management experience
  • Expertise in site development discipline, with a preference for oil and gas projects
  • Ability to travel among offices and project sites as required
