About the Role

The ideal candidate will be analytical, with a talent for problem-solving, and be an effective communicator and collaborator with our business partners, customers, and end-users. You will work collaboratively with Product Managers, UX Designers, Customer Support, Engineers, and business stakeholders to develop testing strategies, evaluate data, and propose solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to inform product development and improve user experience
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to evaluate product usability and effectiveness
  • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
  • Competent in recruiting and conducting user research
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo, and Excel
  • Experience with wireframe tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP, or Balsamiq
  • Understanding of multiple user framework types and user-centered design processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
