Your Responsibilities
As a House Manager, you will serve as the primary representative for our guests. Your role involves:
- Overseeing theatre spaces to guarantee the comfort and safety of our visitors throughout performances.
- Training and guiding Volunteer Ushers to enhance the guest experience.
- Addressing customer concerns and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Documenting and sharing essential information through front-of-house reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Shifts are typically scheduled during weekday mornings and on weekends, with occasional evening performances.
- The hourly wage for this position is $13.50, with weekly hours ranging from 10 to 25, depending on the performance schedule.
- Training sessions are organized periodically to equip you with the necessary skills for this role.
