CTC has established itself as a leader in professional Theatre for Young Audiences, recognized for our innovative and impactful performances.

Your Responsibilities

As a House Manager, you will serve as the primary representative for our guests. Your role involves:

  • Overseeing theatre spaces to guarantee the comfort and safety of our visitors throughout performances.
  • Training and guiding Volunteer Ushers to enhance the guest experience.
  • Addressing customer concerns and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Documenting and sharing essential information through front-of-house reports to keep all stakeholders informed.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Shifts are typically scheduled during weekday mornings and on weekends, with occasional evening performances.
  • The hourly wage for this position is $13.50, with weekly hours ranging from 10 to 25, depending on the performance schedule.
  • Training sessions are organized periodically to equip you with the necessary skills for this role.
