About the Role

American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Latitude at Mallard Creek, a 503-unit residential community in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Respond to work orders within 24 hours and follow up with residents
  • Oversee preventative maintenance and supervise in-house and vendor work
  • Order supplies and track inventory
  • Coordinate apartment turn efforts and assist with renewal and leasing efforts
  • Interview, screen, and hire maintenance staff
  • Supervise and train maintenance personnel
Requirements
  • 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • EPA Universal certification
  • HVAC certification
  • Refrigeration certification and basic business finance knowledge (preferred)
  • Irrigation knowledge
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Bilingual (Spanish) (preferred)
