Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at BioSpace, Inc. and play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in G&A departments and Clinical Development to understand business needs, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation through technology solutions.
  • Create user stories, process flows, and other documentation to effectively communicate business needs to technical teams and implementation partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business stakeholders for key G&A and Clinical Development applications, including NetSuite, Coupa, Medidata, and other systems.
  • Act as the primary liaison between end-users and IT, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and escalating complex challenges to implementation partners for additional technical support.
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to enhance system adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in G&A functions and early to mid-stage Clinical Development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, including GxP, SOX, and GDPR.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record of delivering IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives within a consulting or corporate setting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), financial software, and clinical trial management systems (preferably Medidata).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AWS Cloud platforms.
  • CSPO, CBAP, or similar business analysis certification.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
