Job Overview

Com-Care Inc is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced EMT to join our team. As an Advanced EMT, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Emergency Medical Care: Provide Advanced Life Support in emergency and non-emergency situations, adhering to established medical protocols.
  2. Patient Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked ambulance during shifts, completing all necessary documentation and adhering to agency policies.
  3. Communication: Interact professionally with 911 dispatch and adhere to all communications protocols.
  4. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
  5. Professional Development: Participate in mandatory training and attend medical staff meetings to increase ALS skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  1. Current licensure in the state of Kentucky.
  2. Current BLS certification.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
