Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical staff
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state
  • 1+ years of long-term care experience preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in education/staff development preferred
