As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain production machines and facilities equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Complete maintenance work orders and submit them to management for review and approval.
  • Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
  • Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace, and repair parts, test, and make adjustments to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform duties.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Support employee training and development in total productive/predictive maintenance.
  • Update employees and teams on the status of requested maintenance support.
  • Complete corrective action reports as required.
Requirements
  • High school or vocational school and completion of craft apprenticeship along with related on-the-job experience in production maintenance and manufacturing environments.
  • 7 plus years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certificates and Licenses: Trade or vocational certifications preferred. Other trade certifications or in-depth experience may be required.
