Key Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate Sanctuary Values by creating a warm and calm atmosphere throughout the community.

2. Execute assignments in a collaborative and shared culture across all divisions within Trinity Senior Living Communities.

3. Receive and follow maintenance schedules and instructions as outlined in established policies and procedures.

4. Perform repairs and maintenance on community equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

5. Install and repair shelving, cabinets, and other fixtures as needed.

6. Mount pictures, bulletin boards, and perform curtain rod and cubicle track repairs.

7. Repair and replace floor tile, and perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, and buffing.

8. Calibrate thermostats and other minor pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace single-phase motors up to 120 volts.

9. Operate and test generators, and perform preventive maintenance as assigned.

10. Maintain the grounds and community equipment in a clean and safe manner, including sidewalk snow removal and salting.

11. Follow established safety precautions, including fire safety, when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies.
