We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing valves and pumps, motors, and gear reducers.
  • Disassemble and assemble electric motors, pumps, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Repair machinery and conveyor belts.
  • Basic electrical knowledge and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as required for plant maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Must be able to work any shift and overtime.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
  • Extended periods of standing, walking, reaching, stooping, and bending.
  • Ability to walk/stand for up to 10 hours.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination when handling products.
