Behavioral Health Clinician Opportunity

Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation packages based on productivity, with uncapped earning potential. Our clinicians can expect a comp range of $80,000-$107,000 annually. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including W2 employment status, sign-on bonus, 401K with 4% match, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance.
About the RoleWe're actively seeking licensed therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our clinician team in Washington state. As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and couples therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. If you're passionate about patient care and committed to delivering high-quality services, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- Fully licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW)
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and/or couples therapy experience
