As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will play a vital role in supporting students\u0027 speech and language development. You will assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services for students with communication disorders. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students\u0027 speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Master\u0027s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
