Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at Estes Park School District R-3. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in evaluating and treating students with communication disorders, working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess students with communication disorders to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including speech and language therapy, to help them develop effective communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students with communication disorders in the classroom
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify students who may be at risk for communication disorders
  • Develop and implement programs to support students with communication disorders, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech/Language Disorders
  • Type E endorsement from the Colorado Department of Education or working towards a Master's degree under Temporary Teacher Eligibility
  • Clinical experience preferred
