Compensation:
The salary range for this position is up to $69,000.00, along with quarterly bonuses based on performance and experience. Comprehensive benefits are available starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Position Responsibilities

MGA is seeking a motivated Recruiter who possesses a competitive spirit and is eager to advance their career within a dynamic team environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging with healthcare professionals through diverse recruiting strategies.
  • Building a robust pipeline of candidates under tight deadlines.
  • Conducting full-cycle recruiting, from initial screening to placement and collaboration in the field.
  • Utilizing major job boards, social media platforms, and referrals to attract talent.
  • Maintaining communication with potential future healthcare professionals.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
