Position Summary:
MGA is seeking a motivated Recruiter who embodies a winning attitude and is eager to advance their career alongside a dynamic team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and engage with healthcare professionals through diverse recruiting strategies.
- Build a robust pipeline of candidates while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from initial screening to placement and collaboration.

- Maintain ongoing communication with potential future healthcare professionals.
