We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Order Fulfillment Lead to join our E-Commerce Department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.



Responsibilities
  • Oversee and participate in daily E-Commerce Department operations in coordination with the Market Manager (Admin)
  • Develop and implement schedules for E-Commerce staff members
  • Train and develop E-Commerce staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Maintain open communication with leadership regarding program status and provide feedback on website, marketing, and process performance
  • Manage customer grocery orders via iPad and maintain accurate records
  • Pull and stage grocery, perishable, frozen, or deli items based on customer orders
  • Ensure orders are accurate and meet customer expectations
  • Provide escalated customer support for credits, drivers, and satisfaction with order selections
  • Bag and stage items correctly for pick-up by customers to T&C standards
  • Deliver orders to customers as they are picked up
  • Operate iPad to manage orders and inventory accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay current with industry trends, standards, and changes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to all company and department policies
  • Support and follow all safety and security policies
  • Exemplify the Company's Core Values, Brand, and Business Principles

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of direct grocery experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of iPad
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
  • Full body mobility and excellent manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled freezer/cooler
  • Exemplifies health department standards
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • 21 years or older

Compensation

USD $23.85/Hr.


Maximum Compensation: USD $26.40/Hr.
